Herbs Used For Cleansing

This is the third part of cleansing your crystals

If you don’t like the smell of sage or Palo Santo, I’ve made a list of some alternative dried herbs you can use instead.

Make sure you burn them in a fireproof bowl.

Bay Leaves

It is a great antiseptic.

Burn a few of the dried leaves, crushed or whole.

Birch Bark

It is very good at cleansing the area you are in.

Burn a small amount of the dried bark.

Chamomile

Is good at bringing peace to the area surrounding you.

Burn a small amount of the dried flowers.

Cinnamon Bark

It smells wonderful & is a good cleanser.

Burn a small piece of the dried bark.

Dried Cloves

A wonderful smelling area cleanser.

Burn a few of the dried cloves.

Frankincense Resin

Is very good for keeping you calm & focused.

Burn a small piece of resin on a charcoal disc.

Can help you stay calm & relaxed.

Burn a small amount of the dried herb.

Lavender

Smells beautiful & helps you feel at peace.

Burn a small amount of the dried flowers.

Myrrh Resin

Is good at helping you feel calm & is a good cleanser of your surrounding area

Burn a small piece of the resin on a charcoal disc.

Nettles

Can be used to cleanse the area surrounding you

Burn a small amount of the dried leaves.

Oak Bark

Can be used to cleanse the area of negative energy.

Burn a small amount of the dried bark

Thyme

Smells wonderful & can be used to get rid of negative energy.

Burn a small amount of the dried herb

Vervain

Can help you feel calm & get rid of negative energy surrounding you.

Burn a small amount of the dried herb.
